1. Final Sale Policy

• All Second Life sales are final once the transaction is completed.
• Refunds, returns or exchanges are generally not available for voluntary change-of-mind reasons, subject always to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Singapore law.

2. Viewing and Purchase Process

• Customers must click Book to Purchase to select an appointment date and time before visiting our showroom.
• The appointment allows the buyer to visually inspect the item before deciding whether to proceed with the purchase.
• Only visual inspection is permitted before payment. No operational or functional testing of the machine will be carried out before payment is completed.
• Operational testing will only be carried out after payment has been completed.
• Buyers must agree to the listed price before booking an appointment. All listing prices are final and non-negotiable.
• Once an appointment is booked, the listing may be placed under Reserved. If the buyer decides not to proceed after the visual inspection, the listing may be returned to For Sale.
• Viewing is strictly by appointment only. Walk-ins without a prior booking may not be accommodated.

3. Payment Terms

• All sales are strictly on a cash-and-carry basis. Delivery service is not provided unless BrewRatio expressly states otherwise.
• Payment is accepted via PayNow only, unless BrewRatio expressly states otherwise.

4. Warranty Coverage

• Any BrewRatio warranty provided with the item applies only to the functional condition and scope expressly stated in the listing or sale documentation.
• Disclosed cosmetic conditions, scratches, dents, aesthetic imperfections, missing accessories and other known or disclosed conditions are not covered unless BrewRatio expressly states otherwise.
• No extension of the stated warranty period is permitted unless expressly approved by BrewRatio.
• Warranty coverage is tied to the Product ID, purchaser name and phone number recorded at the time of purchase.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to visually inspect the item during the viewing appointment and raise any questions before payment is made.
• Once payment is made, the transaction is considered complete and the Final Sale Policy applies. This does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
• By booking an appointment, the buyer confirms acceptance of the listed price and understands that no negotiation is permitted.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

• BrewRatio aims to describe every Second Life item as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations may exist between photographs, written descriptions and the physical item.
• The viewing appointment is the buyer’s opportunity to visually inspect the item and confirm that its disclosed condition is acceptable before proceeding with the purchase.
