TANZANIA 28oC
In Tanzania, the actual materialization of coffee as a cash crop came during German colonial rule in 1911. From then on, it became part of Tanzania life and culture.
Tanzania produces approximately 70% Arabica. The general Tanzanian coffee profile is complex, with distinctive acidity, coupled with very soft fruit flavours.
Of course, as we progress further and fast into the future, many other profiles have also started to spring up. Hence, BrewRatio is excited about our Tanzania Esencia.
As a raw espresso on its own, anticipate a beginning dark chocolate coverage, dissipating into a light smoky aftertaste. With milk in cappuccino OR latte, coffee compounds in Esencia react with the milk, creating a slight hint of sweetness, crepuscular chocolatey flavour.
* If extraction is executed at optimal level, raw espresso will exude an initial mild, affable bitter taste, followed by aftertaste of soft smokiness.

After trying multiple blends and single origins, for my taste this is my preferred daily coffee. If your into a mid roast, classic espresso flavors, give this a try
