The Bellona is equipped not with one, but two stainless steel boilers. The extensive dual boiler system includes a 500ml Hotwater Stainless Steel Boiler and a 1L Steam Stainless Steel Boiler, guaranteeing optimal brewing temperature for the custom-made E61 brewing unit. The substantial 1L steam boiler ensures powerful dry steam, efficiently frothing your silky textured milk.

9 BAR PRESSURE EXTRACTION
Espressos achieve the most balanced flavor when extracted at 9 bar pressure, and the Bellona is factory-tuned to deliver that perfect pressure limit.
PROGRAMMABLE PRE-INFUSION & SHOT TIMER
The programmable pre-infusion and shot timer guarantee perfectly timed brews every time, allowing you to focus entirely on frothing your milk. Once your espresso is dialed in, the pre-programmed timer consistently delivers precise shots.
DUAL PID CONTROLLER
The dual PID Controller precisely controls the temperature for each individual boiler. Easy access settings enable you to switch between temperatures effortlessly, accommodating different bean varieties and frothing techniques.
FAST STARTUP
The Bellona heats up to temperature in approximately 3-4 minutes, making it one of the fastest dual boilers on the market. Enjoy true espresso without the wait.
ECO MODE
