The warranty period shown on this product page is for non-commercial use within Singapore.
The warranty period starts from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable.
For machines used in a commercial environment, BrewRatio provides warranty coverage of up to 3 months only.
Warranty claims must be verified by BrewRatio before the product is sent to our service centre.
All warranty inspections and repairs must be carried out at BrewRatio's service centre. On-site technician service is not provided.
Repair work or replacement parts do not extend the original warranty period.
Warranty coverage is valid only in Singapore unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
Warranty Does Not Cover
Scale build-up, grinder clogs, poor maintenance, user error, negligence, or improper use.
Damage caused by third-party accessories, irregular voltage, insect infestation, or unauthorised repair attempts.
Products without proof of purchase, expired warranty coverage, or damage caused during shipping or handling.
Cosmetic damage such as scratches, stains, dents, water marks, or cracks.
Normal wear-and-tear parts such as group gaskets, seals, and shower screens.
Damage caused by acts of nature, including fire, flood, or lightning.
If you believe your product has an electrical or mechanical defect within the warranty period, please submit a repair request first before sending the product to BrewRatio.
