If you are coming by MRT, you may alight at Ubi MRT Station on the Downtown Line (DT27). From there, walk via Ubi Road 3 towards Ubi Avenue 3 to reach 8 Ubi Road 2.
If you are taking a bus, the nearby bus stops include B71079 and B71029. Bus services may include 25, 43e, 45, 51, 55, 87, 90, 93, 94, 94A, 151, and 854, subject to route changes by the transport operator.
