BrewRatio may decline a repair request or discontinue work if the product is not suitable for safe or practical servicing. This may include situations involving:
- unsupported brands, models or electrical specifications;
- pest infestation, contamination or excessive internal debris;
- severe corrosion, liquid damage or unsafe electrical conditions;
- missing, incompatible or heavily modified components;
- previous repair work or modifications that prevent safe diagnosis;
- unavailable replacement parts; or
- product condition that makes further repair impractical or unsafe.
In some cases, these conditions may only become apparent after the product has been opened, inspected or tested. If BrewRatio determines that a repair should not continue, we will advise you accordingly. Any applicable diagnostic, service or work already completed may remain chargeable.
All repair acceptance and continuation decisions are subject to BrewRatio’s technical assessment and discretion.
