Payment is generally required once your repair has been completed and the product is Ready for Collection. BrewRatio currently accepts PayNow for repair payments. The applicable payment amount and payment instructions will be provided in your Ready for Collection notification and secure repair page.
Before Collection
Please:
- check the final repair amount shown in your repair information;
- make payment using the provided PayNow details; and
- notify BrewRatio after payment where instructed so that we can verify the transaction.
Full payment must be received and verified before the product can be released to you or your nominated courier. Please do not arrange a courier collection until payment has been verified and the product has been confirmed as ready for release. Paynow is the only payment methods for repair services. Please follow the payment instructions provided specifically for your repair job.
