- Damage caused directly or indirectly by third-party parts, accessories, modifications, water filters, cleaning products, power accessories, or other non-approved items.
- Damage caused by irregular current, incorrect voltage, unsuitable power supply, incompatible plug adaptors, extension sockets, power strips, transformers, or electrical conditions other than those specified for the product.
- Product failure or damage caused by insects, pests, foreign objects, contamination, or infestation.
- Repairs, modifications, servicing, disassembly, or attempted repairs carried out by the customer or by any unauthorised third party.
- Products without valid proof of purchase, invoice, receipt, order record, warranty record, or products for which the applicable warranty period has expired.
- Products for which inaccurate, invalid, mismatched, or incomplete information is provided during warranty registration or warranty claim submission, including incorrect invoice details, order details, purchaser information, contact information, product details, or warranty record details.
- Products where BrewRatio is unable to verify the purchase, ownership, warranty record, or claim details against BrewRatio’s e-commerce platform, service records, or internal records.
- Damage sustained during shipping, handling, transport, relocation, storage, or delivery to or from BrewRatio.
- Damage, faults, or failure caused directly or indirectly by any of the circumstances listed above.
