Repair costs vary depending on the product brand, model, fault and any replacement parts required. BrewRatio’s standard base service fee is generally S$135–S$200, depending on the supported brand and model. The applicable base fee covers the initial inspection, diagnosis and repair work included within the selected service scope. If additional replacement parts or chargeable work are required after diagnosis, BrewRatio will provide an updated quotation before proceeding with the additional work.
Replacement parts and any other approved charges are payable in addition to the applicable base service fee. Please note that any estimated amount shown when submitting a repair request is only an initial estimate. The final repair cost may change after physical inspection and diagnosis.
