BrewRatio Reward$ is our customer rewards programme designed to give you more value on future purchases. When you shop with a BrewRatio account, you can earn Reward$ points from qualifying completed product purchases and redeem them at checkout for discounts on eligible product value.
100 Reward$ points = S$1.00 discount.
Your earning rate depends on your current Reward$ tier:
- Brew Enthusiast earns 1 Reward$ point per S$1 spent.
- Brew Connoisseur earns 2 Reward$ points per S$1 spent.
- Brew Maestro earns 3 Reward$ points per S$1 spent.
Reward$ points are calculated based on qualifying product spending after discounts. The eligible product amount is rounded down to the nearest full Singapore dollar. By default, shipping, GST, tips, deposits, gift vouchers, training, extended warranties, repair charges, trade-in adjustments and other excluded non-retail services do not earn Reward$ points.
To earn Reward$ points, you must have a BrewRatio account and be logged in when your order is placed. Reward$ points are credited when the order is completed.
You can also earn bonus Reward$ points through selected activities, such as your first qualifying completed order and approved verified-purchase product reviews, subject to the Reward$ terms and conditions.
Reward$ points do not expire through inactivity while your account remains active. However, points are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Criteria and eligibility
To participate in BrewRatio Reward$:
- You must have a valid BrewRatio account.
- You must be logged in to earn or redeem Reward$ points.
- Reward$ points can only be redeemed by the account holder.
- Reward$ points may only offset eligible product value during checkout.
- Reward$ points cannot be used to offset shipping, GST, tips, deposits or excluded services.
- No Reward$ points or tier points are earned on the portion paid using Reward$.
- You can view your Reward$ balance and transaction history under My Account → Reward$ Balance.
- You can view your tier, tier points and tier activity under My Account → Reward$ Tier.
BrewRatio reserves the right to reject, reverse or adjust Reward$ points if points are obtained through fraud, mistakes, refunds, chargebacks, system errors or misuse of the programme.
