Reward$ points and tier points are different.
Reward$ points
Reward$ points are spendable points that can be redeemed at checkout.
100 Reward$ points = S$1.00 discount.
Reward$ points can be used to offset eligible product value during checkout. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, sold or used outside the BrewRatio Reward$ programme.
You can view your Reward$ balance and Reward$ transaction history under My Account → Reward$ Balance.
Tier points
Tier points are progress points used to determine your Reward$ Tier.
Tier points cannot be redeemed at checkout and have no cash value. They are used only to track your progress towards your next Reward$ Tier or to determine whether you maintain your current tier during annual review.
You can view your tier, tier points and tier activity under My Account → Reward$ Tier.
How are they earned?
When you earn Reward$ points from qualifying product spending, you also earn tier points based on your current Reward$ Tier multiplier.
The tier multipliers are:
- Brew Enthusiast earns 1 point per S$1 spent.
- Brew Connoisseur earns 2 points per S$1 spent.
- Brew Maestro earns 3 points per S$1 spent.
However, bonus Reward$ points do not count as tier points. This includes first-order bonus points and verified product review reward points.
No Reward$ points or tier points are earned on the portion paid using Reward$.
