The BrewRatio Reward$ Tier system allows you to earn more Reward$ points from qualifying product spending as you move up the tiers.
Instead of earning only 1 Reward$ point per S$1 spent, your earning rate increases based on your current Reward$ Tier.
Reward$ Tier earning rates
- Brew Enthusiast earns 1 Reward$ point per S$1 spent.
- Brew Connoisseur earns 2 Reward$ points per S$1 spent.
- Brew Maestro earns 3 Reward$ points per S$1 spent.
Your tier multiplier applies to qualifying completed product purchases after discounts. Shipping, GST, tips, deposits, gift vouchers, training, extended warranties, repair charges, trade-in adjustments and other excluded services do not earn Reward$ points or tier points.
What are tier points?
Tier points are used to track your progress towards the next Reward$ Tier. They are different from Reward$ points.
Reward$ points can be redeemed at checkout. Tier points cannot be redeemed and have no cash value.
When you earn Reward$ points from qualifying product spending, you also earn tier points based on your current tier multiplier.
Bonus Reward$ points, first-order bonus points and review reward points do not count as tier points.
How do I move up to the next tier?
Tier promotions happen progressively.
- Brew Enthusiast promotes to Brew Connoisseur at 1,200 tier points.
- Brew Connoisseur promotes to Brew Maestro at 2,400 tier points.
When you reach a new tier, your tier points reset to zero. Any unused excess tier points are forfeited.
For example, if you are a Brew Enthusiast and you earn enough tier points to reach Brew Connoisseur, you will be promoted to Brew Connoisseur and your tier points will reset. You will then start earning towards Brew Maestro from zero tier points.
Spending a large amount in a single order will not move you from Brew Enthusiast directly to Brew Maestro. Tier promotions occur one tier at a time.
How does annual tier review work?
Your tier is reviewed annually based on your tier cycle.
At annual review:
- Brew Enthusiast remains Brew Enthusiast and tier progress resets.
- Brew Connoisseur retains the tier with at least 1,200 tier points, or downgrades to Brew Enthusiast if below 1,200 tier points.
- Brew Maestro retains the tier with at least 2,400 tier points, or downgrades to Brew Connoisseur if below 2,400 tier points.
To maintain your current tier or move up to the next tier, continue earning tier points through qualifying product purchases.
Who qualifies for the Reward$ Tier system?
All BrewRatio customers with a valid BrewRatio account are automatically enrolled in the Reward$ Tier system.
To start earning tier points, simply log in to your BrewRatio account before placing a qualifying order.
