A Pre-Order item refers to a product that is not yet physically available in BrewRatio’s warehouse, but has confirmed allocation from our supplier or manufacturer. This means the product has been secured for BrewRatio, and your purchase reserves one of these units for you.
By placing a pre-order, you are effectively securing your item in advance before it arrives in Singapore, rather than waiting for it to be in stock.

You receive priority fulfillment once the stock arrives
You enjoy local Singapore warranty and after-sales support through BrewRatio
The estimated arrival date (ETA) for each pre-order item will be clearly displayed on:
the product page
your cart summary
your checkout page under “Order timeline”
Once the stock arrives in our Singapore warehouse, your order will be processed for shipment or collection. BrewRatio will notify you when your pre-order is ready.
If there are any changes to the ETA, we will proactively inform you and provide an updated fulfillment timeline.
