If you decide not to proceed with additional repair work after BrewRatio has completed the inspection and diagnosis, the applicable base service fee will still remain payable. The base fee covers the work already carried out, which may include inspection, diagnosis, assessment and any service work included within the original repair scope.
If additional replacement parts or further chargeable work are required, BrewRatio will normally provide an updated quotation for your approval before proceeding. You are not required to approve additional quoted work. However, declining the quotation does not waive charges for diagnosis or work that has already been completed. Where a repair cannot reasonably proceed due to product condition, safety concerns, parts availability or other technical limitations, BrewRatio will advise you accordingly.
All charges and repair outcomes remain subject to the actual condition of the product and BrewRatio’s assessment.
