During diagnosis, disassembly or testing, BrewRatio may discover additional faults that were not apparent from the original repair request or initial assessment.
If the additional issue requires replacement parts, extra labour or other chargeable work, we will normally provide an updated quotation for your review before proceeding.
The quotation may include:
- additional replacement parts;
- additional labour or repair work; and
- other services required to complete the repair safely and properly.
No additional quoted work will proceed without your approval.
If you choose not to proceed with the additional work, the applicable base service fee and any work already completed will remain payable.
In some cases, an additional fault may make the repair unsafe, impractical or uneconomical to continue. If this happens, BrewRatio will advise you of the available options based on the actual condition of the product.
All additional repair recommendations remain subject to BrewRatio’s assessment and parts availability.
