Some repairs may require replacement parts that are temporarily unavailable, discontinued or difficult to obtain. If a required part is unavailable, BrewRatio may:
- place the repair on hold while waiting for stock;
- advise you of an estimated lead time where available;
- recommend an alternative compatible repair solution where appropriate; or
- advise that the repair cannot reasonably proceed.
Parts availability and lead times may change and are not guaranteed. BrewRatio will not install unsuitable, incompatible or unverified parts solely to complete a repair. All repair options remain subject to parts availability, technical suitability and BrewRatio’s assessment.
