After the trade-in inspection, BrewRatio will finalize the trade-in value. The final amount should closely match the estimate provided by the trade-in calculator, assuming all details were accurately entered.
Upon mutual agreement, the trade-in credit will be issued as a coupon code, which you can use immediately or at a later time to offset your espresso machine purchase, either on our website or at our showroom. The coupon will be valid for 1 year. Please note that the trade-in credit can only be applied toward the purchase of a new espresso machine and cannot be used for grinders, accessories, coffee beans, or any other purchases. Trade-in credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
