BrewRatio may decline or discontinue servicing any machine or grinder found to have pest or insect infestation, including cockroaches, ants or other similar contamination. Infestation can create hygiene, electrical and workplace safety concerns, and may also contaminate tools, work areas or other customers’ equipment.
If infestation is discovered during inspection or after the product has been opened, BrewRatio may stop further repair work and arrange for the product to be returned or collected. Any applicable inspection, diagnostic or work already completed before the infestation was identified may remain chargeable.
Customers should ensure that equipment is reasonably clean and free from infestation before sending or bringing it to BrewRatio. Repair acceptance remains subject to the actual condition of the product and BrewRatio’s assessment. BrewRatio is not obligated to provide pest removal, infestation cleaning or decontamination services.
