Eligible repair work completed by BrewRatio includes a 3-month repair warranty. The warranty period starts when the repaired product is collected by you or handed over to your nominated courier.
What Is Covered?
The repair warranty applies only to:
- the specific fault addressed during the repair; and
- the corresponding component(s) repaired or replaced as part of that repair.
If the same repaired issue occurs again within the warranty period, please submit a repair request so BrewRatio can inspect and verify the fault.
What Is Not Covered?
The repair warranty does not cover unrelated or newly developed faults, normal wear and tear, misuse, continued deterioration, transport damage, unauthorised repairs, tampering, or components unrelated to the original repair. All repair warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by BrewRatio. The product must be returned to our service centre before any warranty remedy can be determined.
