The estimated arrival date (ETA) for pre-order items will be clearly indicated on the product page, cart summary, and checkout pages under “Order timeline.”
Once the stock arrives at our warehouse, your order will be processed for shipment or collection. BrewRatio will notify you when your pre-order is ready.
If there are any delays beyond the stated ETA, BrewRatio will promptly inform you and provide an updated fulfillment schedule.
