For backordered items, the typical processing time is 2–3 weeks, depending on supplier availability. BrewRatio will notify you once your backorder has been processed and is ready for shipment or collection.
In rare cases where supplier delays occur beyond the estimated timeframe, BrewRatio will promptly inform you and provide an updated fulfillment schedule.
If a backordered item becomes unavailable, BrewRatio will notify you and issue a full refund.
Upon request, BrewRatio can ship all in-stock items first and fulfill remaining backorders separately within Singapore (additional shipping fees may apply).
