No. Reward$ points do not expire through inactivity while your BrewRatio account remains active.
You can accumulate your Reward$ points over time and save them for future redemptions. 100 Reward$ points = S$1.00 discount, and your available Reward$ balance can be used at checkout to offset eligible product value.
However, Reward$ points are personal to your account. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
If your BrewRatio account is deleted or closed, any unused Reward$ points will be cancelled.
Reward$ points and tier points are different
Reward$ points and tier points are not the same.
Reward$ points are spendable points. They can be redeemed at checkout to offset eligible product value.
Tier points are progress points used to determine your Reward$ Tier. Tier points cannot be redeemed and have no cash value.
Tier points are reviewed annually based on your tier cycle. At annual review, your tier points may reset depending on your current tier and tier progress.
To view your Reward$ balance, go to My Account → Reward$ Balance.
To view your tier, tier points and tier history, go to My Account → Reward$ Tier.
