The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs associated with returning shipments to BrewRatio, including damaged and/or defective merchandise.
Items that were purchased within 7 days of receipt can be returned as long as they remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging. However, items purchased more than 7 days after receipt are strictly non-returnable.
In the event that a returned item is found to be used or in unsellable condition upon or after return, an administrative fee of SGD$25 per item for small appliances and SGD$120 per item for major appliances (espresso machines) will be charged, in addition to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that all electronic spare parts for all modules are non-returnable.
To initiate a return shipment, please submit a request to Customer Service at support@thebrewratio.com. All goods must be returned to the following warehouse address:

If you decide to return one or more items, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for the returned item(s).
Please note that the refund does not include any delivery charges incurred during the initial shipment of the item(s) to the buyer. Additionally, any complimentary gifts, vouchers, or accessories associated with the purchase must be returned at the same time. If any complimentary gifts, vouchers, or accessories have been used, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. It’s important to understand that in such cases, any contractual documents or warranties associated with the purchase will be null and void.
The refund amount can be calculated using the following formula:
Refund amount = 0.9 x Amount Paid for goods (excluding coupon and Reward$ Points) minus shipment fee, minus any applicable administrative fees.
