You can redeem your Reward$ points during checkout when you are logged in to your BrewRatio account.
100 Reward$ points = S$1.00 discount.
Each Reward$ point is equivalent to S$0.01 discount value.
How to redeem Reward$ points
- Log in to your BrewRatio account.
- Add your items to cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- At checkout, you will see your available Reward$ points.
- Enter the amount of Reward$ points you wish to redeem.
- Apply the Reward$ redemption before placing your order.
The redeemed Reward$ points will be applied as a discount to your eligible product value.
What can Reward$ points be used for?
Reward$ points may only be used to offset eligible product value during checkout.
Reward$ points cannot be used to offset:
- shipping
- GST
- tips
- deposits
- gift vouchers
- training
- extended warranties
- repair charges
- trade-in adjustments
- other excluded services or non-retail charges
Reward$ points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, sold, or used outside the BrewRatio Reward$ programme.
Important notes
- You must have a valid BrewRatio account.
- You must be logged in to redeem Reward$ points.
- Redemption is limited to your available Reward$ balance.
- Reward$ redemption cannot create a negative order total.
- No Reward$ points or tier points are earned on the portion paid using Reward$.
- If payment fails, your redeemed Reward$ points may be restored.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, redeemed Reward$ points may be restored proportionally.
