To submit a repair request, complete our online repair form with your product details, fault description and any supporting photos, videos or proof of purchase where required.

After submission, please wait for BrewRatio to review and approve the request before bringing or sending the product. Once approved, follow the handover instructions provided for your repair. Depending on the job, you may:
- book a Repair Drop-Off appointment for personal drop-off; or
- arrange your own point-to-point courier, such as Lalamove or GrabExpress, where applicable.
Please do not arrange a walk-in, drop-off or courier delivery before receiving approval. Repair acceptance remains subject to product eligibility, condition, parts availability and BrewRatio’s assessment.
