BrewRatio typically targets a repair turnaround of approximately 3–5 business days after repair work begins.
The actual completion time may vary depending on factors such as:
- fault complexity;
- parts availability;
- additional customer approval required;
- testing requirements; and
- overall repair workload.
If replacement parts are unavailable or additional faults are discovered during the repair, the turnaround time may be extended. BrewRatio will provide updates where further action or approval is required.
Priority Repair
For eligible jobs, BrewRatio offers an optional Priority Repair Service for an additional S$50. Priority Repair moves the job ahead of the standard repair queue and aims for completion within 24 hours after repair work begins. The 24-hour timeframe is a target and is not guaranteed. Completion remains subject to technician availability, parts availability, diagnosis, repair complexity and testing requirements.
