BrewRatio offers an optional Priority Repair Service for an additional S$50 on eligible repair jobs. Priority Repair moves your job ahead of the standard repair queue and aims to complete the repair within 24 hours after repair work begins.
What Priority Repair Includes
Priority Repair provides:
- priority placement ahead of standard repair jobs;
- expedited diagnosis and repair where possible; and
- a targeted 24-hour repair turnaround.
The 24-hour timeframe is a service target and is not guaranteed. Completion may take longer if the repair is affected by:
- unavailable replacement parts;
- complex or multiple faults;
- additional customer approval;
- extended testing requirements; or
- other technical circumstances identified during diagnosis.
Priority Repair is subject to eligibility, technician availability and BrewRatio’s assessment. If the repair cannot reasonably be completed within the targeted timeframe, BrewRatio will continue to prioritise the job, but the Priority Repair fee does not guarantee a specific completion time.
