To book your appointment:
- Select the purpose of your visit.
- Choose an available appointment date.
- Select an available time slot.
- Fill in your contact details and visit information.
- Submit your appointment request.
After submission, you should receive an automated acknowledgement email. BrewRatio will then review your appointment request and send a follow-up email once the appointment status has been updated.
Please note:
- Appointment requests are subject to BrewRatio’s review and confirmation.
- Available dates and time slots may vary depending on visit purpose, team availability, public holidays, and special closures.
- Some appointment types may require a related order number, repair job number, product name, or other supporting information.
- Please complete your booking within the time shown on the booking page, as selected slots may be released if the booking is not completed in time.
For warranty, repair, service, or modification matters, please submit the relevant repair or service request first where applicable, before booking your visit.
