You are automatically enrolled in BrewRatio Reward$ when you create a valid BrewRatio account.
There is no separate registration required for Reward$. Once your account is created, you can start earning Reward$ points from qualifying completed product purchases when you are logged in.
How to start earning Reward$ points
To earn Reward$ points, please make sure that:
- you have a valid BrewRatio account
- you are logged in before placing your order
- your order contains qualifying product purchases
- your order is marked Completed
Reward$ points are credited only after a qualifying order is completed. You will receive a system-generated email notification when Reward$ points are credited to your account.
You may also earn Reward$ points from approved verified-purchase product reviews, subject to the Reward$ review reward rules.
How to redeem Reward$ points
To redeem your earned Reward$ points, please make sure that you are logged in to your BrewRatio account before checkout.
During checkout, you can view your available Reward$ balance and apply the amount of Reward$ points you wish to redeem.
100 Reward$ points = S$1.00 discount.
Reward$ points may only offset eligible product value and cannot be used to offset shipping, GST, tips, deposits, gift vouchers, training, extended warranties, repair charges, trade-in adjustments or other excluded services.
Where to view your Reward$
You can view your Reward$ balance and transaction history under My Account → Reward$ Balance.
You can view your tier, tier points and tier activity under My Account → Reward$ Tier.
BrewRatio reserves the right to reject, reverse or adjust Reward$ points if points are obtained through fraud, mistakes, refunds, chargebacks, system errors or misuse of the programme.
