You can view your Reward$ balance and transaction history from your BrewRatio account dashboard.
How to check your Reward$ Balance
- Log in to your BrewRatio account.
- Go to My Account.
- Select Reward$ Balance from the account menu.
On the Reward$ Balance page, you can view:
- your available Reward$ points balance
- the estimated discount value of your Reward$ points
- your Reward$ transaction history
- points earned from qualifying completed purchases
- points redeemed during checkout
- refund, reversal or manual adjustment records, if applicable
100 Reward$ points = S$1.00 discount.
Reward$ Balance and Reward$ Tier are different
Your Reward$ Balance shows your spendable Reward$ points. These points can be redeemed at checkout to offset eligible product value.
Your Reward$ Tier shows your tier level, tier points, tier multiplier and tier point history. Tier points are used only for tier progress and cannot be redeemed.
To view your tier details, go to My Account → Reward$ Tier.
Why does my transaction history show different types of records?
Your Reward$ transaction history may include different types of activity, such as:
- Reward$ points earned from qualifying completed orders
- Reward$ points redeemed during checkout
- redeemed points restored after cancellation or refund
- points reversed due to refunds, chargebacks or ineligible activity
- manual goodwill adjustments made by BrewRatio
This helps you track how your Reward$ balance changes over time.
