BrewRatio’s published warranty periods are intended for normal personal and non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated in writing.
For products used in a commercial, office, shared pantry, rental, training, event, café, or other high-usage environment, BrewRatio may limit warranty coverage to a maximum of 3 months, unless a different commercial warranty period is expressly stated in writing or provided by the manufacturer.
Commercial or high-usage environments may include, but are not limited to:
- Cafés, restaurants, kiosks, offices, studios, salons, clinics, schools, training spaces, rental units, shared pantries, events, or business premises.
- Any product used by multiple users outside normal household use.
- Any product used to prepare drinks or food for customers, staff, students, guests, members, tenants, or the public.
- Any product used for business, rental, training, demonstration, event, or revenue-generating purposes.
Customers should declare commercial, office, shared, or high-usage use before or during warranty registration. Failure to declare such usage may result in the warranty being voided, declined, or limited during a warranty claim.

Warranty coverage remains subject to product inspection, proof of purchase, warranty record verification, product condition, maintenance history, and BrewRatio’s assessment of the fault.
