No. Repair, servicing, part replacement, or product replacement does not restart, renew, or extend the original warranty period.
The warranty period remains based on the original date of purchase, unless BrewRatio expressly states otherwise in writing.
For example, if your espresso machine has a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, the warranty will still expire based on that original purchase date, even if the product is repaired or a faulty part is replaced during the warranty period.
Replacement parts fitted during a warranty repair are covered only within the remaining original warranty period, unless otherwise stated by BrewRatio or the manufacturer.
This also applies to products replaced under warranty. A replacement product does not automatically receive a new full warranty period. The remaining warranty period follows the original purchase date, unless BrewRatio confirms a different arrangement in writing.
For warranty verification, BrewRatio may refer to your invoice, receipt, order number, warranty record, repair history, and service records.
