BrewRatio does not sell standalone repair spare parts for DIY installation. Replacement parts are generally supplied only when required as part of a repair carried out by BrewRatio. This allows us to confirm the fault, check part compatibility and install and test the replacement as part of the repair process.
Espresso machines and grinders may use different part revisions even within the same model, so purchasing or installing a part based only on appearance or model number may not always be appropriate. BrewRatio is therefore unable to supply repair parts separately or provide installation support for customer-sourced DIY repairs.
