No. Reward$ points may only be used to offset eligible product value during checkout.
Reward$ points cannot be used to offset:
- shipping
- GST
- tips
- deposits
- gift vouchers
- training
- extended warranties
- repair charges
- trade-in adjustments
- other excluded services or non-retail charges
100 Reward$ points = S$1.00 discount, but this discount applies only to eligible product value.
Why can’t Reward$ points be used for these charges?
Reward$ is designed as a product purchase reward programme. Some order charges, service fees and adjustments are excluded from Reward$ earning and redemption.
This means excluded charges do not earn Reward$ points, and Reward$ points cannot be used to offset them.
Can Reward$ points cover the full order?
Reward$ points can only offset eligible product value and cannot create a negative order total.
If your order includes excluded charges, such as shipping, GST, repairs or training, you may still need to pay those amounts even if you have enough Reward$ points.
Do I earn Reward$ points when I use Reward$ points?
No Reward$ points or tier points are earned on the portion paid using Reward$.
Reward$ points are calculated only from qualifying product spending after discounts and exclusions.
You can view your Reward$ balance and transaction history under My Account → Reward$ Balance.
